She is NOT OURS again!

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!! JUST GOT A CALL FROM THE AGENCY THAT ANNSLEIGH IS NOT OURS (once again). The judge all of a sudden had a memory lapse and did not remember the birth mother showing up back on June 5! So, the birth mother has to make the emotional journey once again to show up in court on Aug 10 and go thru this AGAIN!!!!! This is torture. Just pure ridiculous torture. Like waving candy in a childs face, handing it to him and then snatching it away. It is awful that you literally cannot enjoy the adoption process towards the bitter end. "They" toy with your emotions as often as the wind changes. Outrageous. The agency said to keep pictures up that are out there, but dont post no more. Whatever!

We are all crying for you. Her cousins are so upset. We were talking about how it will be when we first meet her. AND THAT WILL HAPPEN. God wants you to trust Him. Its very hard to do that. And it is hard to do this too but lets pray in thanksgiving that the case has passed even though this latest news.
"Dear God, We know our favor rests with You in the case of Annsleigh. We know that You are placing people into this situation that is expediting miracles to happen! We know You see the offerings of all our pains and sorrows! We know that You count every one of our tear drops as most precious gifts that you will not deny! We know that the tears Fran and Brad shed are like precious diamond-prayers to You even when no words can be prayed! and that you will use these to bring their little daughter home to Murfreesburo--to bring our little cousin/neice/granddaughter home. Thank You God for Your favor! You are awesome and powerful! Thank Tou for removing all these obstacles! for enlightening the mind of the judge in her case to remember, for giving unwavering peace and comfort to Fran, Brad, all the family, and to her birth parents. All in Jesus' name! Amen.

Oh Fran, how horrible! My heart breaks for you! I will continue to life you up in prayer. The road to adoption is not unlike that of our Lord's...He had to die so that we could be adopted into His family. Hang in there. God knows your struggles and pain and He will bring your daughter home in His time.

Fran,

I am so so sorry for all you are going through...it simply has to feel like a nightmare. I was on vacation and saw in my emails from last week's chi digests that you passed court...just came onto your blog to see her precious face and I am heartbroken to read this news. (((((hugs)))))

but she is a cutie and not soon enough, but soon you will be holding her.

This is so beyond ridiculous and unbelievable. The incompetency is just amazing. I don't know what else to say Fran. Just know that you're in my thoughts and I'll be sending good vibes out on August 6.

What in the world! I hate that you have to go through this. Try to keep your head up. Sweet Annsleigh will be yours soon.

How frusterating & sad for everyone involved. Just remember this bitter "end" (to the process) is just the begining of an amazing life you will all share together. The second you have your daughter in your arms, every ounce of pain you have felt along the way becomes a distant memory. Hugs & prayers to your family and your sweet little girl.
