Congratulations to all the lucky families! The ages of the children ranges from 6 months to 6 years. The wait time has been 3-7 months. Soon, all this mental calculating will come to an end and we will get our call!

- July 12, 2009 Got call from agency that we actually arent her parents yet. Need birth mother to appear in court again on Aug 10...new court date...Aug 10
- July 8, 2009 Court Passed! She is ours! New Tentative embassy appt date given of Aug 20
- July 2, 2009 Paperwork still not done. New embassy appt date of Aug 6
- June 30, 2009 Court case did not pass due to missing signatures on orphanage part. No date rescheduled.
- June 29, 2009 Agency unable to get any news from Ethiopia due to power outage there
- June 26, 2009 Court case not seen due to power outage in Ethiopia. Retry case on June 29
- June 5, 2009 Did not pass court due to missing paperwork from orphanage. Court rescheduled for June 26

Well, then... you'll do mental calculating trying to figure out when you'll get your court date...when you'll travel (I had a 4 day notice for final confirmation.) but yes it does eventually end ;)
So exciting when people get their calls...can't wait til yours comes :)
I can't figure out what number we really are, but I think we getting closer........
